ROERMOND, the Netherlands - Grodan, part of the ROCKWOOL Group, has received the GreenTech Concept Award for its latest innovation e-Gro, a data-driven software platform. The award was handed over today at GreenTech, the leading international exhibition for the horticulture industry at the RAI in Amsterdam (June 11-13).
e-Gro, the revolutionary software platform allows growers to collect and combine the relevant data from the greenhouse and translate it into real-time insights for data-driven Precision Growing. For the Concept Award the GreenTech jury looked, amongst other aspects, especially at the economic potential of the innovation.
